The world is full of sounds and words, of things and images.
I work with what already exists in abundance.
My share is fractional and peripheral.
Cheers !

Warning: This website is in disarray; it does not offer information easily. Such a condition is not intended but a reflection of my own inner structures. I wish I could offer you an assessable, comprehensible and well-organised website, but obviously, I am not doing that - and I can't give you any good reasons for this. I guess, I just can't do it - so - without apologising for chaos and clutter and confusion, and also, without having anything better to offer or knowing a good way out of this tedious mess, I wish you good luck finding something here that may be interesting to you.
Presenting yourself with websites on the internet seems to be necessary these days. Websites are temporary tools that require a lot of resources for a questionable purpose. At least you can find me on the internet and some fringes of my artistic work will be consumable. There is a good chance that whatever is accessible online right now, will be lost and gone in a not so far future. Yes, this is really my website, it is not a sales-pitch, not particularly user friendly and really not well organised. Whatever you get here is the result of a rather random process, conducted without deliberate planning or intended design. Some arbitrary things that had been put out on the internet since 1999 clustered together to create this conglomeration of stuff.

This appears to be a stylized digital art piece featuring the word "OVLTIN" in large letters at the top of the composition. The image has a grungy, distressed aesthetic with a colour palette dominated by greens, purples, and blues.
The artwork has several distinctive characteristics:
1. A pixelated or glitch-art effect in certain areas
2. Abstract shapes and lines in black that appear brush-like or gestural
3. Star or cross-shaped symbols near the "N" at the end of the text
4. A layered, textural quality that combines digital artefacts with painterly elements
5. A gradient effect moving from darker tones at the top to lighter, more purple tones at the bottom

The overall style suggests a combination of digital manipulation and traditional artistic techniques, creating an industrial or cyberpunk-like atmosphere. The image has a worn, vintage quality despite its digital nature, as if it's been deliberately distressed or aged.
Several artists are known for creating work with similar digital glitch aesthetics and distressed elements:
1. David Carson - A graphic designer known for his experimental typography and grunge aesthetic in the 1990s
2. Takashi Murakami - While primarily known for his "Superflat" style, some of his digital works incorporate similar glitch elements and colour distortions
3. Cory Arcangel - A digital artist known for his intentional manipulation and corruption of digital images
4. Rosa Menkman - A Dutch artist who works explicitly with glitch art and has written extensively about glitch aesthetics
5. Nick Briz - Known for his digital glitch art and teaching others about glitch art techniques
6. Paul B. Davis - An early pioneer of glitch art who works with hardware manipulation
7. Jodi (Joan Heemskerk and Dirk Paesmans) - Net artists who create work involving digital distortion and website manipulation
8. Jon Cates - Creates "dirty new media" art with aesthetic similarities to your image

These artists work in what's often called the "glitch art" or "new aesthetic" movement, combining digital artefacts with intentional corruption of images and data. The style you've shown also has elements of the 1990s graphic design movement known as "grunge typography" or "deconstructive design."
